The Nebraska Cattlemen, Minnesota State Cattlemen and Kentucky Cattlemen are presenting the next producer education webinar on Tuesday, July 7, at 7:00 pm cdt.
Speaker: Dr. Ryan Cox with the University of Minnesota will be moderator the panel. Ryan sits on the board Minnesota Association of Meat Processor and work several local meat processors. He oversees the meat lab at the U of M so knows the ins and outs of inspection and running a small locker.
