If you are not satisfied with your Nebraska Cattlemen purchase of a product, please call 1-402-475-2333 within 10 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless damaged upon arrival. General or not personalized products returned may be assessed a 15% restocking fee. The product must be returned to Nebraska Cattlemen within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product. All returned products must be packed in the original packaging.
